As a non-profit initiative, EncoreConnect is an innovative pilot project that provides pathways for experienced individuals to transition into social purpose work, and companies and non-profits a cost-effective staffing solution for doing more good work in the community. Our team of experienced, passionate Encore Associates have been pre-screened and offer high value services to organizations at below market costs.

INDIVIDUALS

We offer experienced adults access to paid, part-time, social purpose work. Whether it’s a short-term consulting assignment or a more permanent position working up to twenty hours a week at a non-profit or socially responsible business, being an EncoreAssociate allows individuals the chance to make a meaningful impact in their community while enjoying a more flexible work schedule.

COMPANIES

We offer a turnkey outsourced community engagement solution to companies ready to prioritize employee volunteer opportunities and corporate contribution. We empower companies that don’t have the time, budget, capacity, or expertise around employee volunteerism to quickly move from intent to implementation of a comprehensive employee community engagement plan.

Our services costs significantly less than what a company would typically have to pay to build internal capacity to promote and manage meaningful, sustained volunteer activities for their employees.

EncoreConnect’s team can provide the following services:

• A dedicated community engagement manager to connect your company with individual and group volunteer opportunities
